The Caipiroska is a modern classic cocktail and a twist on the Caiprinha cocktail, substituting cachaça for vodka.

Made with vodka, muddled lime, simple syrup and crushed ice, the Caipiroska, also known as a Caipivodka, is a deliciously zesty, easy-to-make drink, made directly inside the glass.

Perfect for BBQs, backyard parties, or any other time the sun is shining.

How to Mix

  • Cut a lime in half, then cut the lime half into wedges.
  • Place the lime wedges into a rocks glass, then use a muddler to firmly press down on the wedges to extract the juice.
  • Use a jigger (or measuring instrument) to measure and pour simple syrup into the glass.
  • Use the jigger to measure and add Absolut Vodka.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  • Use a bar spoon to “schmuddle” the ingredients, lifting the ice up and down to ensure all the flavors are properly mixed.
