Sherbet Shots are vodka shots served in popping candy-dipped shot glasses and have a taste reminiscent of sherbet candies. You guessed it – they’re delicious!

When you’re throwing a party with lots of people, batch drinks are the way to go, and that’s why these Absolut Sherbet Shots are perfect – they’re made with equal parts and, therefore, super easy to make. Best yet, you can easily prepare these shots in advance and keep them chilled in the fridge, so you can get the party started as soon as your guests arrive.

Note: To make these shots, you’ll need to prepare your sherbet and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. So, plan accordingly.

The recipe below makes 20 x 50 ml (1.7 oz) shots, which can last in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. In other words, you’re always party-ready!

  • 2. Take your bottle of Citric Syrup mixture out of the fridge, then use a Measuring Cup to measure and pour the mixture through the Funnel into the Jar.

  • 3. Use the Measuring Cup to measure and pour 500 ml Absolut Passionfruit through the Funnel and into the Jar.

  • 4. Stir the mixture with a large Bar Spoon, then place the Jar into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours or until cold.
