Negroni Sbagliato

Ingredientes

• Cubos De Gelo
• 1 Parte de 30 ml 1 oz Vermute, Doce
• 1 Parte de 30 ml 1 oz Campari
• 1 Parte de 30 ml 1 oz Prosecco
• 1 Fatia de 1 Fatia de 1 Fatia de Laranja

Como misturar

Encher um copo rocks com cubos de gelo. Adicionar todos os ingredientes. Mexer. Decorar com laranja.

Quite possibly the best mistake ever made in the history of drinks? Sbagliato literally means mistake in Italian and the legend says that bartender Mirko Stocchetto “accidentally” reached for a bottle of prosecco instead of gin when making a Negroni at his aperitivo bar called Bar Basso in Milan, late 1980’s.
Just like it’s older brother (The Negroni), the Sbagliato is a beautiful aperitivo style drink that stimulates the appetite with it’s subtle fizz and slight tartness perfectly balanced with the fruitiness of the prosecco. This afternoon favourite is not only a tasty drink but also a joy to watch with it’s intriguing colour!
