Virgin Mojito cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 4 Parts Apple Juice
2. 2 Parts Simple Syrup
3. 1 Part Lime Juice
4. 6 Whole Mint Leaf
5. 4 Quarters Lime
6. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Muddle lime, mint leaf and simple syrup in a chilled highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add apple juice and lime juice. Topup with soda water. Garnish with mint leaf.
