Shanghai Fizz cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Part Gin
- 1 Part Lychee Liqueur
- 1 Part Pineapple Juice
- 2 Wedges Lemon
- 1 Whole Lychee
- Simple Syrup
- 1 Leaf Mint Leaf
- Ginger Ale
How to mix this cocktail
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add lychee liqueur, pineapple juice, gin, simple syrup, mint leaf, lychee and lemon. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with ginger ale.
