Absolut Extrakt, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Lemon Zest
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Absolut Extrakt
- 1 Part 30 ml 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ⅔ Part 20 ml ⅔ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Twist 1 Twist 1 Twist Lemon Zest
How to make a Extrakt Sour
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake until cold. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
Optional: Ad 20 ml cloudy apple juice and two dashes of aromatic bitters.
