Eton Blazer cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 3 Parts Gin
  2. 2 Parts Lemon Juice
  3. 1 Part Cherry Brandy
  4. 1 Part Simple Syrup
  5. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cherry brandy, lemon juice, gin and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
