Diamond Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

5 Parts Gin
Simple Syrup To Taste
3 Parts Lemon Juice
Champagne
1 Whole Maraschino Berry
1 Slice Lemon

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add lemon juice, gin and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with champagne. Garnish with lemon and a maraschino berry.
