Date At Eight cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts ABSOLUT RUBY RED
2. 4 Parts Orange Juice
3. 1 Part Simple Syrup
4. 1 Part Lemon Juice
5. 1 Dash Egg White
6. 1 Dash Passionfruit Liqueur
7. 4 Pieces Pineapple

How to mix this cocktail

Muddle pineapple in a shaker. Fill with ice cubes. Add ABSOLUT Ruby red, egg white, lemon juice, orange juice, passionfruit liqueur and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes.
