Champagne Pick Me Up cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 Parts Cognac
  2. 1 Part Dry Vermouth
  3. Simple Syrup To Taste
  4. Champagne

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add cognac, dry vermouth and simple syrup. Stir and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Topup with champagne.
