Bird of Paradise Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 3 Parts Gin
  2. 1 Part Egg White
  3. 1 Part Simple Syrup
  4. 1 Part Lemon Juice
  5. 1 Peel Orange
  6. 1 Peel Lemon

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon and orange.
