Apricot Sour cocktail recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Parts Scotch Whisky
- ¾ Part Apricot Brandy
- 1 Part Apple Juice, Fresh Pressed
- ½ Part Simple Syrup
- ½ Part Lemon Juice
- 1 Half Apricot
- 1 Twist Lemon
How to mix this cocktail
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add apricot. Muddle. Add scotch whisky, apricot brandy, apple juice, fresh pressed, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lemon.
