Albemarle Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts Gin
2. 1 Part Simple Syrup
3. 1 Part Lemon Juice
4. 5 Whole Raspberries
5. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and raspberries. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
