Cognac, Worcestershire Sauce, Tomato Juice, Hot Sauce, Egg Yolk
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Cognac
- ¼ Part 7.5 ml ¼ oz Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ Part 7.5 ml ¼ oz Tomato Juice
- 1 Dash 1 Dash 1 Dash Hot Sauce
- 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Egg Yolk
How to make a Prairie Oyster NO. 1
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cognac, worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and hot sauce. Shake and strain into a wine glass. Add egg yolk.
