• ⅔ Part 20 ml ⅔ oz Absolut Citron
• ½ Part 20 ml ½ oz Lemon Juice
• ¼ Part 10 ml ¼ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Wedge 1 Wedge 1 Wedge Lemon

How to make a Lemon Drop Shot

1. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of shot glass to cover it in lemon juice.
2. Put a somewhat generous amount of sugar on a plate and gently rub the rim of your glass around it until it’s covered in sugar granules, then chill the glass in your freezer.
3. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
4. Add all ingredients.
5. Shake and strain into a chilled sugar rimmed shot glass.
