Stirred, not shaken

Often used to make stiffer drinks like the Martini, Old Fashioned, Manhattan or Gimlet, the Bar Spoon allows you to gently mix and chill your drinks by stirring. This gives you a perfectly clear and diluted cocktail. The trick to stirring lies in your ability to rapidly yet gently move the ice around the mixing glass in a continuous circular motion without chipping it.

Hot tip: If you don’t have a bar spoon, use a chopstick for stirring and a teaspoon for spooning!
