Drinks & Cocktails With Trashcan Citrus Husk Olive Brine

1 citrus husk (lemon or lime leftover from juicing or cooking)
80 ml cold water
80 ml olive brine (leftover from olives)

How to make:
To make the Trashcan citrus husk olive brine, in a
small saucepan, cover citrus husk with water and
olive brine, bring to the boil and then take off the
heat. Allow to cool, then strain and store in the fridge.

The brine makes approximately 150ml that will last
up to two weeks when stored in the fridge in a
closed glass jar or bottle.
