Did you know that plum wine, or “Umeshu”, isn’t really wine at all? In fact, it’s a plum liqueur made by steeping plums in shochu, saké or brandy!

Here at Absolut Drinks, we use plum wine to make the Crime Of Passion, or as an interesting substitute for vermouth in drinks like the Martini and Negroni!
