There are two major versions of the Pisco Sour. The Chilean Pisco Sour uses Chilean Pisco (Aguardiente), ice and freshly squeezed pica lime. The Peruvian Pisco Sour uses Peruvian Pisco and adds freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, ice, egg white and bitters. Feel free to do what you like the best!
