Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add the fresh lemon juice and the simple syrup. Shake and strain into one shot glass. Then, pour chilled Absolut Extrakt into the second shot glass. Drinking method: Shot the Absolut Extrakt first and chase it with the sour mix. Optional: Garnish with a lemon wheel.
