Tequila Blanco, Lime Juice, Triple Sec, Salt
Start by rimming your glasses. Grab a freshly cut lime and run it along the outside rim of your glass to get it wet. Dip it into flaky sea salt, and make sure to move it around a bit so the salt sticks to the glass. Try to lightly crush the salt while doing this to make it stick easier. If you’re a stickler for details, you can try to remove any salt that is stuck to the inside of the glass, so it doesn’t land in the drink. Once rimmed, place the glass into the freezer to chill. Combine Tequila, Fresh Lime Juice and the Triple Sec in a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake like your life depended on it. Strain immediately into your salt rimmed glass and enjoy. Pro tip: Some bartenders like to do a "half rim" for Margaritas. To do this, you rub the lime across half of the rim and a bit further down along the glass than you’d normally do. Cover the wet area with salt and you’ve got yourself a half rim! Not only does this make your drink look a bit cooler, but it also allows the guest to choose exactly how much salt they want with any given sip!
Light Rum, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream, Pineapple
Add Rum, Pineapple Juice and Cream of Coconut in a blender. Add ice, blend until smooth, and pour. Garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and two Pineapple Leaves. Enjoy.
Martinique Rum, Lime Juice, Orange Curacao, Orgeat Almond Syrup, Simple Syrup, Mint Leaf, Cherry, Lime
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint leaf sprig, a cherry and a lime wheel.
Absolut Vodka, Light Rum, Gin, Tequila Blanco, Lemon Juice, Triple Sec, Cola, Lemon
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with a lime wheel, orange and lemon also works great, it's up to you!

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
Light Rum, Lime Juice, Mint Leaf, Sugar, Superfine, Soda Water
In your glass, add white granulated sugar and fresh lime juice. Gently muddle the mint leaves in the sugar and lime mixture. Add rum and fill the glass with ice cubes. Top up with soda water and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Absolut Vodka, Peach Puree, Champagne
Add Absolut Vodka and peach puree into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne.
Cachaca, Simple Syrup, Lime
Muddle lime and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add cachaca. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Bourbon, Simple Syrup, Mint Leaf
Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add bourbon. Stir. Garnish with mint leaves.
Champagne, Orange Juice
Add chilled Champagne, Prosecco or Cava in a Champagne glass then add orange juice.
Black Currant Liqueur, Champagne
Add black currant liqueur into a champagne glass. Top up with champagne.
