Japanese Fizz
Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Port, Red, Egg White, Soda Water, Lemon, Maraschino Berry
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Part Bourbon
- ½ Part Lemon Juice
- ½ Part Port, Red
- 1 Whole Egg White
- Soda Water
- 1 Wedge Lemon
- 1 Whole Maraschino Berry
How to mix
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add bourbon, egg white, lemon juice and port, red. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with soda water. Garnish with lemon and a maraschino berry.
