Cognac, Egg White, Grenadine, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup
Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Cognac
- 1 Whole 1 Whole 1 Whole Egg White
- 2 Dashes 2 Dashes 2 Dashes Grenadine
- ⅔ Part 20 ml ⅔ oz Lemon Juice
- ⅓ Part 10 ml ⅓ oz Simple Syrup
How to make a Waterbury
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
