Ingredients
- Ice Cubes
- ½ Part 15 ml ½ oz Black Currant Liqueur
- 1½ Parts 45 ml 1½ oz Dry Vermouth
- 4 Parts 120 ml 4 oz Soda Water
- 1 Twist 1 Twist 1 Twist Lemon Zest
How to make a Vermouth Cassis
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Garnish with lemon zest.
