The Volcano (el Baru) cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 Part Dry Vermouth
  2. 1 Part Aged Rum of Haitian type
  3. 3 Parts Orange Juice
  4. 1 Part Vermouth, Sweet
  5. 4 Dashes Grenadine
  6. 1 Twist Orange

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange.
