Strawberry Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

5 Parts Gin
3 Parts Lemon Juice
2 Parts Simple Syrup
1 Splash Cream
Soda Water
1 Whole Strawberry

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cream, lemon juice, gin and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water. Garnish with a strawberry.
