Special Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 5 Parts Bourbon
  2. 3 Parts Lemon Juice
  3. 1 Splash Simple Syrup
  4. 1 Dash Bitters
  5. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add bitters, bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
