Sapodill Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 5 Parts ABSOLUT APEACH
2. 3 Parts Pear Puree
3. 1 Part Lemon Juice
4. 1 Part Simple Syrup
5. Soda Water
6. 1 Slice Pear

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add ABSOLUT Apeach, lemon juice, pear puree and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water. Garnish with pear.
