Rum Sour cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts Aged Rum of Cuban Type
2. ¾ Part Simple Syrup
3. ¾ Part Lemon Juice
4. 1 Dash Egg White
5. 1 Slice Lemon
6. 1 Whole Cherry

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a cherry and lemon.
