Royal Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 Parts Gin
  2. 1 Part Egg
  3. ¾ Part Simple Syrup
  4. ¾ Part Lemon Juice
  5. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Topup with soda water.
