Prairie Oyster NO. 1 cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 1 Part Cognac
2. 1 Part Egg Yolk
3. ¼ Part Worcestershire Sauce
4. ¼ Part Tomato Juice
5. 1 Dash Hot Sauce

How to mix this cocktail

Gently place egg yolk at the bottom of a wine glass. Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cognac, worcestershire sauce and tomato juice. Shake and strain into the wine glass.
