Pineapple Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 4 Parts Light Rum
2. 2 Parts Pineapple Juice
3. 1 Part Simple Syrup
4. Soda Water
5. 1 Slice Pineapple

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add light rum, pineapple juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water. Garnish with pineapple.
