Absolut Vanilia, Passion Fruit Purée, Vanilla Syrup, Pineapple, Passion Fruit
Muddle one slice of pineapple in a shaker. Add ice, Absolut Vanilia, passion fruit pulp from half a passion fruit, vanilla syrup and passion fruit purée. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 1/2 passion fruit floating. Serve accompanied with a shot of Champagne.
• When shaking: Remember to wake the drink to life, do not rock it to bed.
• Make sure to serve the sparkling wine very cold in the shot glass next to your drink to make it even more tasty!
• Buy your passionfruit a couple of days ahead of your drinks mixing. That will allow your passionfruit to ripe and become sweeter and more delicious!
