Old Vic cocktail recipe

Ingredients

5 Parts Gin
5 Parts Strawberry Puree
2 Parts Strawberry Liqueur
2 Dashes Lemon Juice
1 Dash Balsamico Vinegar
Champagne
4 Leaves Mint Leaf

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add balsamico vinegar, lemon juice, gin, strawberry puree and strawberry liqueur. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with champagne. Garnish with mint leaf.
