Imperial Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts Scotch Whisky
2. 1 Part Light Rum
3. 1 Part Lemon Juice
4. Soda Water
5. 1 Whole Maraschino Berry
6. 1 Slice Lemon

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add light rum, lemon juice and scotch whisky. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Topup with soda water. Garnish with lemon and a maraschino berry.
