Hong Kong High Flyer cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 5 Parts Gin
  2. 2 Parts Lychee Liqueur
  3. 1 Part Lemon Juice
  4. Apple Juice, Fresh Pressed
  5. 1 Slice Apple

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a chilled rocks glass with crushed ice. Add lemon juice, lychee liqueur and gin. Topup with apple juice, fresh pressed. Garnish with apple.
