Creole Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts Gin
2. 1 Part Cream
3. 1 Splash Egg White
4. 1 Splash Lemon Juice
5. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cream, egg white, lemon juice and gin. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
