Champagne Flip cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 5 Parts White Wine
  2. 1 Part Simple Syrup
  3. 1 Part Egg Yolk
  4. Champagne

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add egg yolk, simple syrup and white wine. Shake and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Topup with champagne.
