Champagne À la Pologne

1. Add 2 parts blackberry liqueur into a chilled champagne glass.

A deep, blue-red liqueur with certain sweetness to accompany the mature taste of blackberries. Sometimes you'll have to look for a liqueur with the French word for the berry on it: Mure.
