1. Add 1 part calvados into a chilled champagne glass.

Considered the world's best apple spirits, calvados is often consumed straight before, during or after dinner. But it is an excellent mixer, too. Applejack is similar to calvados, but doesn't suffer from the same strict rules of the production process.
