Brandy Highball cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 Parts Cognac
  2. 1 Part Simple Syrup
  3. 1 Part Lemon Juice
  4. 1 Dash Orange Bitters
  5. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add cognac, lemon juice, orange bitters and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water.
