Brandy Fix cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. 2 Parts Cognac
2. ¾ Part Lemon Juice
3. ½ Part Simple Syrup
4. ½ Part Pineapple Juice
5. 1 Splash Green Chartreuse

How to mix this cocktail

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add cognac, lemon juice, pineapple juice and simple syrup. Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float green chartreuse.
