Basil-mint Mojito cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  1. 2 Parts Light Rum
  2. 1 Part Simple Syrup
  3. 1 Part Lime Juice
  4. 1 Wedge Lime
  5. 3 Leaves Mint Leaf
  6. 3 Leaves Basil
  7. Soda Water

How to mix this cocktail

Muddle basil, lime, mint leaf and simple syrup in a chilled rocks glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add light rum and lime juice. Topup with soda water.
