ABSOLUT Strawberry Mojito

Some say the Mojito was the favorite drink of American author Ernest Hemingway. They claim a handwritten note about his undying love for the drink lives on the wall in a Cuban bar called La Bodeguita del medio. Whatever the truth may be, one thing is for sure, this new spin on a classic dials up the summery taste with the lush and sweet taste of fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

• 2 Parts ABSOLUT VODKA
• 1 Part Simple Syrup
• 1 Part Lemon Juice
• Ice Tea
• Soda Water
• 5 Leaves Mint Leaf
• 1 Whole Strawberry
• 1 Leaf Mint Leaf
• 1 Slice Strawberry

How to mix

Muddle mint leaf, strawberry and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add lemon juice and ABSOLUT Vodka. Fill with ice tea. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Topup with soda water. Garnish with mint leaf and strawberry.
