2 Parts ABSOLUT Citron
2 Parts Lemon Juice
1 Part Pisang Ambon
1 Part Limoncello
Bitter Lemon
Carambola

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add ABSOLUT Citron, lemon juice, limoncello and pisang ambon. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with bitter lemon. Garnish with 1 slice carambola.
