2 parts Ginger Beer
Lime

Fill a highball glass to the rim with ice cubes. Pour dark rum of jamaican type and ginger beer over the ice. Garnish with a lime (wedge).

This is wrong. Dark and stormy has NO jamaican anything in it. Dark and Stormy is a registered trademark of Gosling's Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum. Jamaican ginger beers are mixed with to many spices. So use a Bermuda style such as Barritts. 3oz Ginger beer 2oz Goslings. Only Americans drink it with lime.
